Rooted Here. Committed to You.

Peak Therapy is built on years of experience, deep community roots, and a shared belief that the people of this community deserve physical therapy that's personal, excellent, and delivered by people who genuinely care. That's the practice we set out to build. And it's the standard we hold ourselves to every single day.

Born, raised, and rooted right here in Rankin County, our team has spent years caring for this community. Now we've built a place that reflects everything we believe great physical therapy should look like.

We're employee-owned, which means the people treating you aren't just doing a job. They have a real stake in this practice, in your outcomes, and in this community. When you do well, we do well.

DPT, Clinic Director

Austin Coley

Austin brings over nine years experience helping patients recover from pain and return to the activities that matter most to them. As a former college soccer player, he brings a personal insight into the demands of athletic performance, and is passionate about sports rehabilitation. His own love of golf led him to become TPI Certified for Golf Swing Analysis, which assesses golf-specific movements to identify limitations in a golfer’s swing, performance, and ability to return to the course.

Outside the clinic, Austin enjoys exercising, movies, music, and spending time with his wife, Lauren, and their three boys, Brooks, Braxton, and Briggs.

Physical Therapist Assistant

Kyle Brantley

With over 16 years of physical therapy experience across home health, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, and outpatient rehabilitation, Kyle has a passion for orthopedic care and getting his patients back to what they love. He holds additional education in myofascial release, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), and sport-specific orthopedic rehabilitation.

He calls Brandon home alongside his wife, Holly, and two children, Hudson and Maggie. He’s an active member of FBC Brandon and enjoys attending Mississippi State sporting events, watching his children pursue their sports and hobbies, and traveling.

Director of Operations

Erin Purvis

Erin brings 14 years of experience in healthcare spanning patient care, multi-clinic administration, and Human Resources, and is passionate about creating a healthcare experience centered around strong relationships and a team that truly cares about its patients.

Outside of the office, she treasures time with her husband Ramsey, cheering on their three sons, Gareth, Emmitt, and Elliott, in the activities they love, and connecting with their faith community at Crossgates Baptist Church.
