Your Path to Peak

A Warm Welcome

Our front desk team will take care of all the paperwork, registration, and insurance details right when you arrive. Please bring your completed forms to expedite the process. We keep the process as smooth and stress-free as possible, so you can focus on your recovery.

Tell Us Your Story

Once you're checked in, you'll sit down with one of our licensed therapists for a thorough, one-on-one evaluation. Your therapist will walk through your medical history, previous treatments, current medications, and the symptoms that brought you in. Then they'll evaluate how you move, assessing your strength, coordination, flexibility, and overall function. Your first visit is about getting to know you.

A Plan Built for You

After your evaluation, your therapist will sit down with you, share their findings, and together, you'll talk through your goals, lifestyle, and what recovery looks like for you specifically. From there, your therapist will build a personalized treatment plan designed to get you back to peak. You'll work with the same therapist from start to finish. We track your progress, adjust your plan as needed, and stay in your corner all the way through.

Peak And Beyond

With your plan in place, our team will coordinate with your referring physician or healthcare provider as needed, and help you schedule your upcoming sessions at a frequency and duration that fits your recovery.

Every visit after your evaluation is intentional with treatments built around your diagnosis and goals. We'll make sure you leave equipped with everything you need to stay at your peak long after your last session.

Our Insurance Partners

We know insurance can feel overwhelming. Our team works with most major insurance providers, and we'll verify your benefits before your first appointment so you're never caught off guard.

AFTER YOUR VISIT

What to Expect

As you get started with therapy, here are a few helpful reminders to keep you moving forward.

Soreness is Normal

Some muscle soreness can happen after therapy or new exercises.

Mild soreness is is expected, but sharp or lasting pain should be discussed with your therapist.

Consistency Matters

Your Home Exercise Program (HEP) is an important part of your progress.

Staying consistent between visits helps reinforce the work we do in the clinic.

Come Ready to Move

Wear loose-fitting or athletic clothing that allows comfortable movement and easy access to the area being treated.

Stay Hydrated

Drink plenty of water and pay attention to electrolytes before and after therapy to support recovery, performance, and overall wellness.

Speak Up

Let us know what feels better, what feels worse, and how your body responds between visits. Your feedback helps guide your care plan.

Progress Takes Time

Some days will feel better than others. Stay patient, trust the process, and keep showing up. We are here to partner with you to reach your goals.
